Bored with the Gym? The Poway Boxing Club offers extreme fitness training in Boxing and Muay Thai for adults, teens, and kids. Get in the best shape of your life while learning self-defense and having fun!!! Come take one of our classes for free and see for yourself.

Classes are available for people of all fitness and skill levels from beginner to expert, including a Kid’s Fitness Boxing class. We offer popular bag work and exercise classes called “Fitness Boxing” where the focus is on taking your fitness to a whole new level. We also have instruction based classes with contact drills, plus sparring for those interested.

We offer a friendly, clean, and fully equipped facility including a regulation boxing ring, a matted grappling floor, lots of heavy bags, speed bags, and other equipment needed for this type of training. We also have awesome trainers and coaches that will challenge your fitness and improve your skill, and we have weights and cardio equipment included with any membership at our facility.
